Return Policy

At Women Sliper, we ensure all items are in perfect condition and carefully packaged before sending them to you. If you need to return any full-priced items purchased, we will provide you with a store credit. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order (for international orders within 21 days of your purchase date), with postage costs covered by you.

If we have made a mistake, we will correct it as fast as possible and cover postage charges.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or wrong items, but we can issue a store credit once we receive your returned item. If you receive a product with a manufacturing fault, this will be closely reviewed before we can provide a full refund.

Return Procedure

Please contact us immediately at info@womensliper.com to obtain a returns number. Once this is obtained, please return all items:

  • In their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Returned within 7 days of the date of purchase receipt (14 days for international orders).
  • Items must not have been worn, damaged, or washed.
  • Items must not have any signs of wear.

Items must be returned via express post or another trackable method, and the shipping expense is the responsibility of the customer. When returning items, please enclose:

  • RA Number with an explanation of the reason for return/comments.
  • Your contact details, including email address and phone number.

All refund requests are subject to a 20% admin/restocking fee.

Shipping Methods for Returns

  • United States: USPS, FedEx, UPS, or another trackable shipping method.

  • International: Consumer discretion for international parcels.

Custom Items & Returns

Please take extra care when ordering a custom item to ensure everything is exactly as needed before confirming your order. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect choices. Where an item has had custom embroidery or other personalization added, refunding or replacing the item is at the discretion of Women Sliper and will not include the costs incurred with customization. For example, if you return a personalized item and we offer you a store credit, it will be less the customization costs.
