Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping services.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, we do not offer shipping to freight forwarders or reshipping services.

Shipping Damage

In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@womensliper.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.
